WORLD CUP
CAMPAIGN DESIGN

The project

Westville showed every World Cup 2026 match at every location. I designed the campaign that told guests: posters and a table tent for the restaurants, a weekly Instagram story series and the campaign email.

What I did

I designed the World Cup HQ poster, 24 by 36 inch group-stage and knockout schedules, the table tent, the weekly “The week ahead” stories and the campaign email, organizing 104 matches by group, round, date and kickoff time for a wall, a table and a phone screen. I also assisted with directing the campaign video shoot.

A tournament with 48 teams and 104 matches needed more than a list of dates. The in-restaurant set has four pieces: an announcement poster, two full schedules and a table tent.

The World Cup HQ poster

I designed the announcement as one shared asset for all eleven locations.

The group stage poster

I laid out 72 matches across 12 groups, highlighted the host nations and gave every match its date, Eastern kickoff time and city.

The knockout poster

I designed a fill-in bracket that runs the knockout rounds through the final, with the date, time and stadium beside each match.

The table tent

I separated the match-day cocktail offer from all-day happy hour so guests could tell the two promotions and their conditions apart.

Each weekly Instagram story listed every match day by day, with the group or round, kickoff time and teams, and closed with “Watch every match at Westville.” I kept one template working as the schedule changed with unresolved qualifiers, knockout results and rest days.

I designed the email in four sections: tournament information, drinks, happy hour and food.
